Thank you so much for speaking with me on the telephone today. I am following through on my promise to commend Ms. Marsha Hill, of Remax Center, 2700 Braselton Highway, Dacula Georgia.
Marsha has gone above and beyond any reasonable buyer?s expectation of service. She has gone out of her way and provided my wife and I with personal service that is absolutely unheard of in today?s world.
My wife, Ellen, and I closed on a home in Dacula Georgia 10 days ago. This is not amazing in itself. What truly was amazing is that I currently live in Pennsylvania and the home is 800 miles away, and the home we currently live in is not up for sale! My wife?s brother lives in the Dacula area, and Ellen is always looking at the internet perusing homes in the area where her brother lives. She found several homes that we would like to have a look at, and I contacted the Remax Center of Dacula Georgia.
I called the agency and spoke with Marsha Hill. I explained that I would have exactly 48 hours in the area. Marsha had interviewed me as to what my needs and desires were, then made arrangements to meet at her office to pre-qualify. Marsha was gracious enough to devote an inordinate amount of time with me looking at homes. She also had a several lenders ready and available if I so desired. Marsha had prepared a list of homes to view, and for the next 14 or so hours (over 2 days) we looked at homes.
After the first day, I sent pictures to my wife via the web and my wife narrowed the choices and I looked again the following day. Marsha continually kept me advised about the area, the schools, and of course, all of the shopping outlets.
I went back to Pennsylvania with all sorts of pictures, brochures, and notes of various communities that we explored. My wife and I chose a home and I flew back the next weekend and placed a deposit on the home. We closed last Tuesday.
All of the paperwork was in order. Marsha had done a superb job of due diligence, and constantly emailed and telephoned me with updates. I never had to wonder about anything! She had already answered the questions. Closing was a breeze.
Marsh spent what I feel is an inordinate amount of personal time with me and my wife. I simply cannot believe that someone like Marsh exists, and if I heard someone else say that, would believe that this it is an exaggeration.
As a professional, I cannot over emphasis this enough: The bottom line is that the customer, me, truly did, and does with Marsha, come first. The customer is the purchaser. Without the purchaser you have no sales.
What an ambassador for Remax Marsha is. You should clone her somehow.
I absolutely commend Marsha. My wife and I are truly happy with each and every aspect of Marsha?s friendliness, devotion, perseverance, and professionalism.
